If you missed my review of issue one, click here.

After the end of issue one, Gina was in a less than favorable situation, which leads us to meeting the MI666 – and the super cool Hex, but I won’t spoil anything about him. You’ll see for yourself.

Again, this is such a well written and fun issue, just as the first one was. Secret organizations, magic, talking rat friends, and a kick-ass protagonist all blended together by Cavan Scott to give us an imaginative take on the supernatural world.

Corin Howell and Triona Farrell work together to give us more beautiful, bizarre, and wonderful art. The creatures, spells, scenes, etc are all so vibrant and interesting, and fits the story so well.

Definitely pick up Shadow Service if you haven’t already. Issue two hits the shelves 9/23/20.
