The city of Asylum demands blood. Toyo Yammatto and Detective Harper Halloway have been separated. With Harper exposed as a traitor against the International Republic of Displaced Peoples and Toyo missing, the sadistic Detective Atticus Black has claimed victory. Our divided immortals will have to reckon with their past, present and future before reuniting.
I’d like to start by saying Eliot Rahal really treats readers with absolutely unique vampire stories. Because not only is Bleed Them Dry #4 releasing, so it The Vain #1 – both stories about vampires, and both totally unique and interesting reads.
If you missed my review for issue #3 of Bleed Them Dry, click here.

While still driving the story forward, this issue is more plot development than nonstop action, and kept me hooked from beginning to end. I don’t want to say much about what happens exactly, though, to avoid spoilers. Just trust me when I say this is another excellently written issue that you won’t want to miss.
Not only is the writing for Bleed Them Dry fantastic, the art is as beautiful as ever. Everything is perfect, from the art, to the colors, to the lettering. The entire team really nails it.
Be sure to grab Bleed Them Dry #4 this week, and catch up if you haven’t already!
