“Harley’s pursuit of the Golden Age killer gets personal. Still in the fog of her discovery about Hector’s obsession, she relives her darkest memory of Jack’s transformation into The Joker-and her own early evolution into Harley Quinn. With Bruce’s counsel, she grapples with the guilt of her past and makes a choice that sends her straight into Starlet and the Producer’s den for an expertly staged showdown that will either crack the case or end her life.”

You know by now that this is my favorite. You’ve read my post about The Brilliance of Batman White Knight. Surely, you read the review for issue three of Batman: White Knight Presents Harley Quinn, yes?
If so, you should know I wholeheartedly love every aspect of this book, and issue four is no exception. Katana Collins was a brilliant choice for this book, and she and Sean Murphy are really crafting one of the best Harley Quinn comics we’ve ever had. A lot of love is given to her character, and a lot of respect toward her fans – trust me.
Batman: White Knight Presents Harley Quinn #4 reveals a lot to the readers: more Jack/Joker past with Harleen, more Bruce and Harley dynamic, and most importantly – more of Harley figuring out her own identity. But as if that wasn’t enough for poor Harls – she has Starlet to worry about, too!
This issue has everything from action to heartbreak, and you won’t want to miss it.
Matteo Scalera has one of my favorite panels in this issue as well! I don’t want to spoil it if you haven’t seen it yet, but I’m sure you’ll know it the moment you do. But beyond just that panel, the art is top notch. Matteo is incredible, and Dave Stewart’s colors are absolutely breathtaking. Andworld does a great job with the lettering.
This issue is the total package, really.
Grab issue #4 of Batman: White Knight Presents Harley Quinn this week!
