“The Order of St. George needs a scapegoat to hide the existence of monsters from the world. Erica’s actions will determine what is to become of Archer’s Peak, and ultimately, the House of Slaughter.”
One of my favorite characters in comics is back, being her badass self. I can’t believe we’re already 15 issues into Something is Killing the Children!
This issue of Something is Killing the Children is heavily centered around tying up loose ends within Archer’s Peak. But what does this mean for Erica? There’s an overarching feeling of even though the monster is slayed, the good guys didn’t win, and it’s some powerful writing to convey this emotion so well.
The art is absolutely beautiful, but it always it. The line work, the colors. Every bit of it is just pure excellence. The lettering is great. All around, even without nonstop action, it’s fantastic issue.
Grab Something is Killing the Children #15 this week!
