Review: The Recount #3

Written by Jonathan Hedrick
Art by Gabriel Ibarra Nunez
Colors by Sunil Ghagre
Letters by Cristian Docolomansky

Shortly after arriving at The White House, Special Agent Barto must interrogate the rest of the Secret Service to determine who they can and cannot trust. At the same time, tensions on American streets are boiling over, as everyday citizens blame each other for the turmoil that the nation is currently faced with. During all this, The Masses are plotting their next attack while the mystery leader pays a visit to a former president.”

This series is the insane sort of political thriller that leaves you anxious the entire way through. Issue three leaves me with very few people to trust, and even with that – I’m not entirely sure I should trust THEM. The world is upside down and horrifying, but I’m eager to see what happens.

The art is great. The characters introduced in this issue have such fantastic designs. The colors are beautiful. And the lettering is great.

Grab issue three of The Recount this week!
