The Hounds of Love are hunting. Next stop: San Sangre, a city of blood, faith, and bad vibes. The stomping grounds of curse-hunters and gunslingers. But with a special kind of horror watching from the utility sheds, do our vampire biker dirtbags know what they’re getting themselves into? Find out in Witchblood Chapter 3: The Darkness in the Sheds of Town!

You have to love how wild and unique this story is. There’s some heavy dark themes that get balanced out by the fun of the book. This issue is an excellent example. Her friends are being murdered, but there’s still this whimsy that Yonna carries that keeps everything feeling less gloomy than it could.

There are some fantastic pages in this issue! From serious tones, to spooky elements, to wild things like… well, ill just say there’s lots of eyeballs. But it’s perfect for the story and I adore it. The colors are vibrant and fun. The lettering is great.

Grab issue #3 of Witchblood tomorrow!
