The first arc has come to an end, and it was absolutely epic! But fear not, fellow fans of Owen, Axe, and Soren – more adventures will be had in 2022. This set of characters, the incredible writing, and all around brilliant concept makes Barbaric one of my top books of 2021.

The art was so excellent these first three issues. Axe is so badass that even I want an Axe tattoo now. I love the character designs, the creature art, the incredible action scenes. The colors are absolutely beautiful. The lettering is perfect, as always.
