What an intense issue from start to finish! Everything is getting insane for Duncan, Gran, and Rose – and the dangers just keep piling up. It’s excellently written, with storytelling that just keeps getting better, and beautiful, heartfelt moments. I’ve said it over and over, but Duncan and Gran are two of my favorite characters right now. There’s something wonderful about their dynamic. The heroic and pure Duncan, and sassy badass Gran.

Dan Mora creates some of the most beautiful pages of art I’ve ever seen. The colors Tamra Bonvillain uses to bring it all to life are some of the most magnificent in the history of comics. Ed Dukeshire does an excellent job with the lettering, as usual.
