Last year during Planet Comicon, we went to Bo Lings for some absolutely delicious Chinese food. But after we left, I spotted a Thai restaurant called Phikul Thai Bistro and decided I’d definitely need to try it in the future.

A few weeks ago, I passed by a Mystery Machine looking food truck. I was in a hurry but excited, sure I’d find out soon who they were and where I could find them.
Skip ahead to yesterday, when my friend Ian posted on Facebook about this incredible food truck called Binky’s Potluck parked in Desloge, Missouri. From the pics, I knew – I’d found the truck!

To say I was excited for Planet Comicon 2022 is a severe understatement. This is one of my absolute favorite cons to attend, and I had a pretty packed, planned out schedule for the entirety of our trip – not just the con itself.
