In the last issue, we took a dive into the history of the Department, and some backstory to explain more of what’s going on. This issue is also along those lines, with another guest artist to reflect the divergence from the main, present storyline.

The art is excellent, clear, and tells the story beautifully. The colors, also provided by a guest artist, are gorgeous as well. A particular scene that goes… less than normal, is so well done that I love it. The lettering is fantastic as well.
