Review: Basilisk #4

Writer: Cullen Bunn
Illustrator: Jonas Scharf
Colorist: Alex Guimarāes
Letterer: Ed Dukeshire

The showdown between the Chimera and their hunters begins HERE!

Hannah and Regan, former victim and former member of the Chimera, arrive at an abandoned resort town in the mountains.

Even as the two women uncover and struggle with their shared past, the Chimera and their Faithful descend on the area.

To their surprise, Hannah has been waiting for their arrival, and the ensuing battle will have deadly consequences for those unprepared.”

Another incredible issue. Full of excellent storytelling, with an incredible and unique plot, a lot of heart, and some incredible action. Basilisk is not a series to be missed.

The art is absolutely divine. The designs of characters, their uses of power, the fight scenes. The colors are gorgeous and bring everything to life, as well as help separate the past and the present. The lettering is great as well.

Grab issue four this week!
