“In order to break the curse that has haunted the Blaines for generations, Chase must destroy his family legacy. But can you really heal an entire history of shared trauma? Blood, flame, and sacrifice ignite the saga’s incendiary final chapter!

It’s time to bid farewell to a series very close to my heart. And I am not emotionally ready AT ALL.

The Plot has been an absolutely beautiful and haunting tale of a family stitched together in heartbreak, the strength of the bonds built, and the horrors of the past that they must all face – together.

This was quite possibly my favorite issue of the series. Thrilling, touching, and all around satisfying, The Plot #8 really brought the whole series together and tied up the story so beautifully. Bravo to Tim Daniel and Michael Moreci for writing such a spectacular series.

Joshua Hixson absolutely slayed the art in this series from issue one all the way through to the end, giving us some of my favorite haunting imagery in comics, ever. It was brought to life in a gorgeous way by Kurt Michael Russell’s colors, giving us the perfect tone to each page of this final issue. Jim Campbell has once again nailed the lettering, and I’d expect nothing less from one of the best out there.

My emotions are just a wreck, right now. Congrats to the entire Vault team that worked on this series – you made me fall madly in love with this series, and I still wholeheartedly recommend this book to horror fans.

Grab the final issue this week!
